KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — The Wildcats pounced early and Texas Tech never quite recovered.

Texas Tech sophomore forward Jordan Barncastle has been cleared by the Texas Tech medical staff to return to competition beginning today in the first round of the Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship.
