Potts, Stone admitted to Covenant hospital
Texas Tech quarterback Taylor Potts and cornerback Nathan Stone were admitted to Covenant Medical Center after being injured in Saturday’s 48-28 victory over New Mexico at Jones AT&T Stadium, a Covenant spokesman said.
As of 11 p.m., the spokesman said neither had been discharged.
Potts was examined for a concussion he suffered on a second-quarter sack.
