The thing with UT basketball on serious note is Barnes does a great job getting these 5-star recruits and then a year or two later, they bolt for the NBA. You can't have any cohesiveness for a group if you can't keep them together for more than a year. That's why you'll probably never see UT in the Final Four unless it is a fluke. Sure, Tech hasn't been there but we aren't the ones bragging about all our 5-star recruits like UT fans do.
