No. 8 Nebraska beat Texas Tech 25-12, 25-20, 25-20 Wednesday night at United Spirit Arena, keeping Tech winless in Big 12 Conference volleyball.

Hannah Werth, a sister of Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Jayson Werth, led Nebraska (16-5, 9-3) with 15 kills and 12 digs. Tara Mueller added 11 kills and 10 digs, and she and Werth hit .360 and .333.

Amanda Dowdy led Tech (2-18, 0-11) with 14 kills.
