Should this young team continue to improve and win some more series, they have a good chance to finish above .500 for the season, as well as for the big-12. Considering their inconsistencies early in the season, they have made great strides and should surprise a few other teams as we go forward. This bodes well for the future.

How stupid of a poll question is this? They are sitting at .500 after playing Texas, A&M, Baylor and Nebraska. I think a lot of teams have to be concerned about the Red Raiders right now. Dan Spencer has the team headed toward success this season and in the future.

I love the Red Raiders, and I do not sugarcoat my criticisms. The inconsistencies of this team at the beginning of Spencer’s first season were disheartening. However, this team is growing more confident, stronger, and cohesive with each series. If this continues, this team is not only going to be in the tournament, but they will contend for a conference championship. Keep up the good work guys!!! You have the talent now you just have to believe and execute! GO RAIDERS!
