Other then a few good players here and there, techs recruiting classes in the past have ranked in the bottom half of the big 12. Leach is starting to change that. Players want to play for him, look at the recruit this year that was committed to OU all year and then signed with us a couple weeks ago. Something like that in the past would never happen for tech.Tech is starting to get attention from top notch recruits that in the past would have given tech the time of day. Graham Harrell and Michael Crabtree, two of the best players in the nation,...who got them here? LEACH. I don't know how anyone who calls themself a tech fan could want the guy to leave who has put us on the map. Especially when he is coming off the best season in tech history. If we let Leach go over this mess, for the first time in my life I will be ashamed to be a tech fan. Leach wins more with less talented players. Oh, that was his buddy Bobby Knight! Leach has brought this program to a point we have only dreamed about in the past. We are being put up against UT in early Sept due to the ratings we garnered last year. Would Spike, or any other Dyke's for that matter, been able to take us to that status. NO!!!
